Can you make a product for our brand?
Yes. Color, logo, packaging and instruction manual customization are available. Engineering requirements can be reviewed as a separate development scope.
What are the MOQ and delivery arrangements?
MOQ depends on customization scope, battery platform, color, logo, packaging, and instruction manual requirements. Sampling is tentatively around 10 days; final sampling and production schedules are confirmed for the order.
What warranty applies?
Final terms for the warranty period, coverage and return arrangements will be provided with the quotation and order
Can a distributor request a standard model without customization?
Yes. Standard wholesale, private-label projects and engineering development are separate ways to work with Yumeng.
What should I send with my first inquiry?
Share the battery model or label photo, estimated order quantity, destination and any color, logo, packaging, manual or engineering requirements. An estimated quantity is enough to start the discussion.
